摘要
根据离心运动规律,建立了离心成型混凝土中固体颗粒的沉降速度表达式,并对比了钢纤维与粗、细骨料沉降速度的关系,从而确定了在离心成型钢纤维混凝土中钢纤维的分布位置;从粘性液体与固体相互作用的角度出发,分析了离心沉降力、粘性液体的剪切摩擦力对纤维分布方向的影响,得出了离心成型钢纤维混凝土中纤维的理论分布规律,试验证明了这种分析的正确性,从而为改善离心成型钢纤维混凝土的性能、促进其工程应用提供了理论依据.
Based on the centrifugal law, sedimentation speed expression formulas of solid particles in spun-cast concrete were established. Comparing sedimentation speeds of steel fiber with coarse aggrgate and fine aggregate, location of steel fibers in spun-cast concrete was determined. From view of interaction principle of solid with liquid, the effect of centrifugal sedimentation function and shearing friction of viscous liquid on steel fiber arrangement is analyzed. Theoretical distribution rule of steel fiber in spun-cast concrete was determined. Combined with experimental study, the correctness was proved. Theoretical foundation has been laid for improving performance and expediting engineering application of spun-cast concrete.
