摘要
论述了中国近代资产阶级革命家宋教仁的民主宪政思想及实践。指出其为在中国实现法治社会,建立真正的民主共和体制而进行的不懈努力,推动了中国政治与法制近代化。宋教仁为达到目的而终生奋斗的精神,值得我们尊敬和怀念。
This paper expounds the thought of democracy and constitution of Song Jiaoren, a bourgeois revolutionary in modem China. It indicates that Song was untiring to establish the legal society and real democratic republic system, which promotes the modernization of politics and legal system in China. Song＇ s struggling spirit of all his life to achieve the aim is worthwhile to be esteemed and commemorated.
