摘要
以乙酐和吗啉为反应原料合成了乙酰吗啉,在吗啉与乙酐摩尔比为1∶1.05、温度110℃、时间2h的条件下反应,经氨中和、脱溶、蒸馏等工序制得乙酰吗啉,与传统方法相比,省去了酸性精馏,收率达97%,产品纯度>99%。
N-aeetylmorpholine was prepared from morpholine and acetic anhydride via ammonia-neutralization and distillatiou.The optimal conditions of N-aetylmorpholine were as follow:the mole ratio of morpholine and acetic anhydride was 1 :1.05,reaction temperature 110℃ ,reaction time 2 h.The yield and the purity of N- acetylmorpholine are 97% and 99%,respectively.
