乳腺局灶性纤维化的超声研究

摘要 目的探讨乳腺局灶性纤维化(focalfibrosisofthebreast,FFB)的超声特征,FFB与临床症状的关系,部分病灶与病理结构的关系。方法超声研究137例中121例有146个FFB病灶。对比部分病灶超声表现与病理结构关系。部分病灶作彩色多普勒成像研究。结果146个病灶:边界清晰的低回声病灶45(31%)个,边界欠清或不清晰的低回声病灶92(63%)个(其中5个有明显声影),边界清晰的中等回声病灶9(6%)个。超声显示14(9%)个有钙化斑病灶中的9个。超声显示5(3%)个病灶有包膜,但病理上未显示。结论FFB的超声特征有利于与其它乳腺肿块鉴别。 Objective To study ultrasonographic features of fibrosis of the breast(FFB) and to investigate the correlation with clinical symptoms and the histoparhologic structures.Methods Ultrasongraph US was performed in 121 of 137 pationts with 146 lesions cofirmed as FFB.The features of Part lesions were correlated with histopathologic types.Part lesions were studied with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Results The 146 lesions were evaluated on US:45(31%) were with well-defined hypoechoic masses;92(63%) ill-defined hypoechoic masses in which 5 with marked shadowing.Nine(6%)well-defined isoechoic masses.Nine 14 calcified lesions were visualized on US.5 masses showed capsules which were not visualized on histopathologic examination.Conclusions The US features of FFB can help differentiate FFB from other masses of the breast.
