摘要
独立学院作为新的办学形式,不能完全套用公办高校人才培养模式。本文根据“成功素质教育思想”,以财经类人才培养为例,提出了“5+2+1”的人才培养模式,并对其加以解析,最后对该模式的主要实施条件进行了阐述。
As a new university--opening mode, the Independent College can not completely nesting the old culture mode of the university belonging to the country. This thesis, according to the Success Quality Education Thought and basing on the example of the Culture Mode of Financial Talents, puts forward the new culture mode of “5＋2＋1”and analyses it. And finally, represent main implement conditions of the new mode.
