摘要
在对西北地区高等教育地域性相关分析的基础上,论述西北地区高等教育质量的三重属性——适应性、多样性和发展性,分析西北地区高等教育现状,提出促进西北地区高等教育全面、协调、可持续发展的思考。
The article analyzes the territorial trait of higher education in Northwest China, and on this ground, discusses the three attributes of higher education quality, that is, adjustability, diversity and expansibility, analyzes the status of the higher education in Northwest China, and then puts forward the strategy of sustainable, harmonious and all-round development.
