摘要 研制了基于Hopkinson效应的计算机控制软磁材料居里温度测量仪。对测量仪用工业电解纯镍进行了测量精度考核,平均偏差为4℃,重复测量精度为±1℃,与经典数据吻合;用研制的测试仪研究测试了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶及纳米晶软磁材料的交流起始磁导率-温度特性和居里温度。 Computer aided Curie temperature metrical instrument for soft magnetic materials applying Hopkinson effect has been researched and developed. In order to assure the measurement accuracy, classical pure nickel was measured, As a result, average warp is 4℃, and metrical precision of repetition is + 1 ℃, inosculating with classic data. AC initial permeability vs temperature and Curie temperature of amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 were tested using the developed instrument.
