摘要
全氟磺酸质子交换膜以其优良的化学稳定性、热稳定性和电导率而广泛应用于直接甲醇燃料电池。然而全氟磺酸质子交换膜存在严重的甲醇渗透问题,致使其在直接甲醇燃料电池中的应用受到了限制。讨论了甲醇在Nafion膜中的渗透机理,综述了降低甲醇渗透率的方法,并从电导率和甲醇渗透率的角度对这些方法作出了评论。
Perfluorosulfonate proton exchange membranes are widely used as polymer electrolyte in direct methanol fuel cells(DMFC) due to their good chemical stability, thermal resistance and ideal conductivity. However, methanol pervasion in these membranes is a serious problem that limits the further application of DMFC. In the past several years, many methods have been developed to suppress the methanol crossover. In this paper, the mechanism of methanol pervasion was reviewed and methods for overcome it are discussed in detail.
