摘要
目的探讨上肢神经鞘瘤的显微手术摘除的治疗方法及效果。方法对37例上肢神经鞘瘤患者行显微手术治疗以摘除神经鞘瘤。结果本组37例神经鞘瘤均完整切除,术后平均随访14个月(3月～5年),尚未发现复发。结论上肢神经鞘瘤采用显微手术摘除的方法可将肿瘤彻底摘除,神经主干损伤小熏治疗满意。
Objective To Study the methods and treatment outcome of nearilemnoma in upper limbs. Methods Thirty-seven cases with nearilemnoma in upper limbs were resected by microsurgery. Results All the cases with nearilenmoma in upper limbs were resected,over a period of 14 months （ranging from 3 months to 60 months）foUow-up,without recurrence. Conclusion Microsurgery can ease nearilenmoma in upper limbs removal, and protect the nerve trunk. Treatment results are satisfied.
