摘要
采用多维气相色谱法测定大气中的一氧化碳,解决了镍催化剂将CO转化成CH_4时产生大拖尾“氧峰”对CO色谱峰掩盖的问题,提高了方法的灵敏度和准确度。运用均匀设计编制实验方案,多元回归分析和最优化技术确定分析最佳条件。建立了气相色谱分析计算机优选试验条件的方法。进样1mL,最低检测浓度为0.4×10 ̄(-4)%(V/V),相对标准偏差小于2.6%(n=8)。
The developing method for determina-tion of carbon monoxide in atmosphere bymulti-dimensional gas chromatography,solves the problem of a large tailing peakoverlapping the chromatographic peak of co,in the process of the metal Ni catalyzer con-version,and improves the analytical sensi-tivity and accuracy. The best experimentalscheme is determined by using homogenousdesignation, multiple regression analysis andoptimun technology.
