摘要
文章分析了网络犯罪的犯罪构成要件和特点及其表现形式,介绍了当前网络犯罪的现状,对刑法中关于网络犯罪的规定提出了一些看法和完善意见,并针对如何打击和防范网络犯罪问题提出了建议。
The paper analyses the crime-committing elements, features, reasons and its actual response and introduces the facts of the crime in cyberspace . Moreever ,the papefintroduces current conditions of the intemet legislation in China and makes several suggestionson how to fight against and precaution the crime on cyberspace.
