摘要
和谐社会的实现途径则有赖于和谐与公共行政精神的融合,需要关注的是和谐社会的前提即稳定,实现和谐的纽带即利益,对和谐的保障即制度;最终实现和谐社会条件下公共行政的价值追求即实现公平。
The realization way of the harmonious society depends on the integrating harmony with public administrative spirit, we need pay close attention to the prerequisite of the harmonious society namely stability, tie of realizing harmony namely interests, guarantee of harmony namely system; Realize finally value pursues of public administration namely realize the equality under the condition of harmonious society .
