摘要
采用共沉淀法在800℃下煅烧9 h,制备出了LiNi1/3Co1/4Mn1/3M1/12O2(M=Al,Ti)。利用XRD、DSC和充放电分析方法对其进行了表征。实验结果表明:LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2中Al和Ti的加入,提高了材料LiNi1/3Co1/4Mn1/3M1/12O2(M=Al,Ti)在4.3 V下热分解反应的热稳定性。
LiNi1/3Co1/4Mn1/3M1/12O2(M=Al,Ti) was prepared by eoprecipitation method at 800 ℃ calcined for 9 h. The material was characterized by XRD, DSC and charge-discharge test. The results showed that the stability of LiNi1/3 Co1/4 Mn1/3 M1/12O2(M = Al, Ti) exothermie decomposable reaction was higher than LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 at 4.3 V by doping of Al and Ti.
