摘要
《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》中明确提出了树立和落实科学发展观。2005年1月全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作会议要求高校思想政治工作者树立和坚持科学发展观,把握内涵、转变观念、落实措施,不断推进高校思想政治工作改革的全面进行。
January 2005 the working conference of national enbancing and improving university students thought politieal education asked the college thought and political operators should set up and insist science development view and push forward the university thought and political work reform continuously.
