摘要
推导出了2根任意直径的钢管其轴线以任意角度平面相交或空间相交的相贯线焊缝的空间曲线方程和平面展开曲线方程,并利用AutoLISP编程,在AutoCAD中自动绘出相贯线焊缝的平面展开曲线图,从而解决在焊接施工中钢管的放样、切割等问题。
The equations of level curve and space curve of the crossing - line - weld which two tubes formed in any diameters and angles and its axies crossing level or crossing space are derived out in the article. And the plane of the crossing-line-weld can be drawn out automatically in AutoCAD useing AutoLISP programme, thus the problems such as lofting and cutting are solved in the steel tube welding.
