摘要
采用玫瑰红染色法，对新疆天然草地中的部分禾草植物内生菌进行了调查，发现醉马草和阿拉套羊茅种子及鲜组织中均含有丰富的内生菌；５０粒种子侵染率分别为９６％和１００％。
Adopted on the rose bengal staining procedure endophytes of some
grasses in north-west of China were invastigated.The fungi which occure in the seed and leave
sheathwere found in two specie,Achnatherum inbriabs and Festuca alatavica,with the infect-ed rate
of 96%and 100%in 50 seeds,respectively.
