简要介绍了构建和谐社会概念的提出的时机,构建和谐社会与贫困人口的关系,我国贫困人口的现状,扶持我国贫困人口脱贫的措施和建议。
It introduces the concept of set up harmonious society and the time it was bringing forward. The relation of set up harmonious society and poverty population, the actuality of poverty population in our country, the measure and suggest that can support poverty population to escape poverty.
