摘要
文章采用层次分析法和指标体系法,建立了由5个指标组成的三江平原土地资源潜力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对影响指标进行赋权,进而进行了土地资源潜力评价。评价结果:三江平原土地资源潜力总体较高,其中一等土地占土地总面积的5.4%,二等土地占50%,三等土地占44.56%。研究结果可以为三江平原土地开发利用提供科学依据。
The paper introduces the target system that consists of five t argets for appraisal of Sanjiang Plain land resources potentialities by using th e method of gradation analysis and target system. The results: in general, land resources in Sanjiang Plain appear great potentialities, of which the first-clas s land accounts for 5.4% of the total, the second-class land constitutes 50%, an d the third-class land makes up 44.56%. The research findings can provide scient ific basis for land use and development in Sanjiang Plain.
