不同性别高血压患者血清瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗及游离脂肪酸水平的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨不同性别原发性高血压患者瘦素与胰岛素抵抗、游离脂肪酸水平的关系。方法:用放免法检测203例原发性高血压患者血清瘦素水平,比色法测定血清游离脂肪酸水平,己糖激酶法测定血糖,放免法测定胰岛素。分别观察男、女原发性高血压患者血清瘦素与胰岛素抵抗程度、游离脂肪酸水平之间的关系。结果:(1)所有原发性高血压患者血清瘦素水平均与体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)显著正相关(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05);(2)所有患者血清瘦素水平与胰岛素敏感指数显著负相关(P<0.01);(3)两性别瘦素水平均与游离脂肪酸水平不相关;(4)女性瘦素水平与舒张压呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与收缩压不相关,男性瘦素水平与血压不相关;(5)男性瘦素水平与AUCG呈显著正相关(P<0.01),女性则无相关性。结论:原发性高血压患者中瘦素水平差异存在显著性,不同性别原发性高血压患者瘦素与血压、胰岛素抵抗、游离脂肪酸、肥胖程度之间的联系及机制可能存在差异。
