摘要
高温下经氨气处理得到的氮化HZSM5能够保持原有分子筛良好的晶体结构和较高的比表面积.吡啶吸附红外光谱测试结果表明,氮化后的分子筛表面酸性有一定的改变.将此分子筛应用于乙苯烷基化反应中,发现对二乙苯的选择性有明显的提高,同时能够保持稳定的反应活性.
ZSM-5 is widely used as a catalyst for the ethylation of ethylbenzene with ethanol to para-diethylbenzene (p-DEB) because of its shape selectivity and surface acidity. However, the strong acidity of ZSM- 5 is detrimental to a good selectivity for p-DEB and it leads to coking and a rapid decrease in catalytic activity. To overcome this limitation, many modification methods to adjust the surface acidity of ZSM-5 and to promote its para-selectivity have been reported. Unfortunately, many of them usually give rise to a loss of crystallinity and structural damage which result in a short lifetime of the catalyst. Consequently, it is desirable to find a new way to obtain well distributed acid sites while retaining good crystallinity and high specific surface area as well.
