摘要
网络环境下“虚拟财产”合法化问题,既是现代信息技术的发展向法制建设提出的新课题,也是法制为适应社会进步不断完善的契机。本文拟从我国首例“虚拟财产”诉讼案件出发,对“虚拟财产”合法化需要解决的一些问题进行探讨,期待为网络世界的“游戏规则”创造一个绿色的法制环境。
The legalization of “virtual property” in network is not only a new academic topic with the development of IT, but also is a chance that the legal system adapts to the society. Beginning with the first lawsuit for “virtual property” right of our country, this thesis is probing into some problems about legalization of “virtual property” which need to solve. And we hope to create a “green” legal environment in net world.
