摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对老年慢性肺心病急性加重期免疫功能的影响。方法60例患者在抗炎、平喘、止咳和吸氧等常规治疗基础上加用静滴参芪扶正注射液,在用药前后取静脉血测定T淋巴细胞CD3、CD4、CD8和免疫细胞,与对照组进行免疫水平和临床疗效比较。结果治疗组细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的改善优于对照组,治疗有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为78%。结论参芪扶正注射液是一种理想的免疫调节剂,对老年肺心病的急性加重有防治作用。
[Objective] To explore the immunically functional effects of Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection in aged patients with acutely deteriorative stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease. [Methods] Sixty aged patients with acutely deteriorative stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease based on conventional therapy were treated with Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection, detect the T-lymphocytes, CD3, CD4, CD8 and immune cells of venous blood before and after treatment respectively, contrast immune level and clinical effects between treatment group and contrast group. [Results] The function of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in treatment group is superior to these in contrast group, effective rate is 92%, totally effective rate of contrast group is 78%. [ Conclusion] Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection is an ideal immunity adjuster and has the preventive therapeutic effects in aged patients with acutely deteriorative stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
