摘要
目的评价自体牙移植术的临床效果,探讨恰当的牙移植方法。方法搜集近8年来26例26颗自体牙移植病例,术后1年和5年两次随访观察,从牙根发育情况、牙髓治疗时机、牙根吸收情况及牙齿的稳固性等方面进行综合分析。结果1年后观察,满意23例(88.46%),较满意3例(11.54%),无不满意病例。5年后随访21例,5例失访,满意14例(66.67%),稍满意5例(23.81%),不满意2例(9.52%)。结论自体牙移植术是一种较为成功的治疗方法,能快速矫正个别牙错位及修复一些缺失牙。
[Objective] To assess the effectiveness of autogenouse teeth transplantation. [Methods] 26 cases of 26 autogenouse teeth transplantation in recent 8 years were gathered and analyzed from their operational programs. Root apex development, opportunity of endodontic treatment, root resorption and stability of teeth were investigated 1 year and 5 years after operations. [Results] Patient satisfaction of autogenouse teeth transplantation was as follows： 88.46% very satisfied and 11.54% satisfied 1 year after operations. But 5 years later, 21 cases were observed and 5 cases were missed. Fourteen patients got excellent result, 5 ordinary and 2 bad with excellent rate 66.67% and efficient rate 90.48%. [Conclusion] Tooth transplantation is a more successful method to rapidly correct the individual malposed teeth and restore some lost teeth.
