摘要
阐述了对征润州污水处理厂罗茨风机的电气自控和机械部分进行改造的思路和方法,并且对整个风机系统实现了PLC的自动控制和监视功能。在整个风机系统改造后,鼓风机达到了无压启动和无压关闭的效果,提高了运行效率,降低了能耗。
The idea and method were described on the reconstruction of electric auto-control and mechanical parts of Roots blower system in Zhengrunzhou Wastewater Treatment Plant, and PLC auto- control and monitoring functions were realized in the whole blower system. After reconstruction of the whole system, no pressure startup and no pressure close were achieved; and thus improving the operation efficiency and reducing the energy consumption.
