二极管箝位式五电平变换器直流侧电容电压的控制

摘要 多电平变换器能产生多阶梯、低失真电压波形,特别适合于大功率高电压场合。在多电平变换器中,二极管箝位式由于具有不需要独立的直流电源、控制简单等优点倍受青睐。但由于它存在直流侧电容电压不平衡问题,因而还未能够在有功功率变换中得到广泛应用。在整流器侧采用电压电流双闭环控制方法,实现直接电流控制与空间矢量法的结合,经MATLAB仿真验证了该方法的有效性。 Multilevel converters that provide more than two voltage levels and less distorted waveformed offer many benefits for higher voltage applications. The diode-clamped multilevel inverters does not require a separate D.C. power to maintain each voltage level and has been attracting wide industrial interests recently. However, it suffered from problems such as DC bus voltage unbalance and was not widely used in active power transfer. Two-closed-loop control of voltage and current was adopted on the rectifier side of converter which realized the combination of direct current control and the space vector PWM. Simulations results were used to verify effectiveness of the method.
