摘要
文章结合我国客观实际,论述了科学发展观是对邓小平发展观的承继与创新,是对邓小平社会主义本质论的丰富与发展,是对邓小平波浪式发展理论的承继与创新,是发展观的与时俱进,是党执政理念的一大飞跃。体现了我们党在改革和发展理论上的进一步成熟。深刻了解、把握科学的发展观,对指导我国改革开放的实践,全面建设小康社会具有重大的现实意义。
Based on the actual situation of our country, the paper elaborates that scientific-development viewpoint is a continuation and modification of Deng Xiaoping＇s development viewpoint, a supplement and extension of Deng＇s view on the nature of socialism, a continuation and modification of Deng＇s wave-like development theory, a development viewpoint keeping abreast of the times, and a big jump of the Party＇s concept of government. It marks a further step, toward maturity, of our Party＇s reformdevelopment theory. A deeper understanding of scientific-development viewpoint is of vital realistic significance in guiding our reform and open-door endeavors, and in guiding our efforts to build a sweeping moderately well-off society.
