摘要
目的探讨顺行法静脉溶栓治疗恶性肿瘤并下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法对23例恶性肿瘤并下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,选择患肢足背浅静脉推注尿激酶,同时合用皮下注射低分子肝素等治疗,疗程7￣14d;观察疗效以及有无出血、过敏等不良反应。结果痊愈16例(70%),基本治愈4例(17%),好转2例(8.7%),无效1例(4.3%)。治疗期间患者临床症状及体征均有改善,未发现出血倾向及过敏反应。结论顺行法静脉溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成方法简便、安全、有效。
[Objective] To study the efficacy of ascending intravenous thrombolysis in malignant tumor complicated by deep vein thrombosis （DVT）. [Method] The 23 cases of malignant tumor comphcated by DVT were injected with urokinase through the superficial vein in the affected low limb, and others were given such as low molecular weight heparin by subcutaneous injection for 7-14 days. It were observed respectively that the efficacy and the hematorrhea, allergy on the side effects. [Result] After finished, 16 cases were cured （70%）, 4 cases were approximately cured （17%）, 2 cases were improved （8.7%） and 1 case was ineffective （4.3%）. In all cases, the changes in clinical preservation and symptom were satisfactory and were no hematorrhea or allergy during the treatment. [Conclusion] Application of ascending intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase is convenient, security and effective for DVT.
