摘要
目的观察海普林软膏对浅Ⅱ°、深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合后新生皮肤的护理作用和预防疤痕组织过度增生及止痒保湿作用。方法在180例Ⅱ°烧伤(浅Ⅱ°60例,深Ⅱ°120例)创面愈合后一周内开始外用海普林软膏2,3次/(d浅Ⅱ°病例2次/d,深Ⅱ°病例3次/d),其中60例深Ⅱ°创面愈合后单独外用海普林软膏,另60例深Ⅱ°创面愈合后外用海普林软膏3次/d,适时配合加压或超声治疗。浅Ⅱ°创面愈合处治疗2周,深Ⅱ°创面愈合处治疗6个月。观察评定治疗效果。结果单用海普林软膏对Ⅱ°烧伤愈合处保湿、防止干燥脱屑有效率达100%、缓解疤痕痒痛症状有效率分别达91.67%及90%,防止创面皲裂有效率达96.67%,预防疤痕过度增生有效率达76.67%。外用海普林软膏配合超声或加压治疗预防疤痕过度增生有效率达91.67%,明显优于单用海普林软膏组。结论Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合后,早期应用海普林软膏可保持新生皮肤湿润,防止干燥、脱屑及皲裂,可缓解疤痕痒痛症状及预防疤痕过度增生,配合超声或加压治疗预防疤痕过度增生则疗效更佳。
[Objective] To observe the effect of hepudiod cream used on superficial and deep second degree burns wound on tending rebirth cutaneous ,preventing sear tissues from excess hyperplasia, stoping tickle and keeping humid. [Method] Hepudiod cream was externally used in 180 patients with cured wound, in which, 60 cases of superficial second degree burns wound were treated by hepudiod cream twice a day for two weeks .60 of 120 cases with deep second degree burns wound were treated by hepudiod cream three times a day for six months . The rest cases were treated by hepudiod cream three times a day for six months, at the same time, being given the treatment of pressure or ultrasonic. The therapy effect of hepudiod cream was simultaneously observed and assessed. [Result] The effectual rate of hepudiod cream keeping skin humid from desiccation and doffing crumbs, relaxing scar tickle and pain symptom, avoiding wound chap, preventing scar tissues from excess hyperplasia is 100%, 91.67%, 90%, 96.67% and 76.67% respectively. The rate of external using hepudiod cream as well as the treatment of ultrasonic or pressure to prevent scar tissues from excess hyperplasia was 91.67%. [Conclusion] Hepudiod cream, which is early used on the second degree burns wound, can maintain rebirth skin wetness, guard dryness, doff bits and chap, relax sear symptom of tickle pain ,prevent sear tissues from excess hyperplasia, and have better therapy effects when it cooperated the treatment of ultrasonic or pressure.
