摘要
违反法定程序,不会一律导致行政行为被撤销。对于只是存在轻微瑕疵的行政程序违法,在行政诉讼上可以有几种司法反应方法,通过分析和评价这几种可能的司法反应方法,可以得出对这个问题的基本结论。
Not all administrative action will be recessed when legal procedure is violated.There are several judicial reaction on administrative litigation to slight defects of administration procedure.Basic conclusion can be drawn through the analysis of several possibilities of judicial reaction.
