摘要
对光源的时间相干性与空间相干性对夫琅和费单缝衍射场的影响进行了理论分析,给出了实验观察的方法与结果.
The analysis on the influence over Fraunhofer single-gap diffraction field by light-source coherence and spatial coherence is made.The method and result of the experiment are pointed out.
