摘要
介绍了聚合物挤出加工中关于温度分布研究的进展,对温度分布计算方法进行了分析对比,说明了各种方法的适用范围,同时对各种温度测量方法作了简要介绍,说明了测量方法特性,最后对温度控制方法进行了分析,介绍了各种方法的应用。系统分析表明,采用数值模拟方法是温度分布计算的发展方向。
The study progresses of temperature distribution in the polymer extrusion are introduced. The numerical simulation method of temperature distribution are analyzed. The suitable scope for every kind of methods are explained. Meanwhile various temperature measurement methods and their characteristics in the polymer extrusion are synoptically introduced. Finally the methods of temperature controlling and their applications are analyzed. The systematic analysis shows that numerical simulation method is the trend of temperature calculating method.
