门式刚架轻钢结构支撑体系的建模及受力分析 被引量:5

摘要 门式刚架轻钢结构的支撑体系对结构的整体稳定性起着重要的作用。实际结构中支撑体系为空间受力体系,而一般在支撑体系设计计算中通常采用简化模式,这与结构实际受力存在较大差异。根据门式刚架轻钢结构支撑体系的实际受力特点,结合具体实例讨论了采用通用有限元软件ANSYS进行支撑体系计算的空间建模过程,通过与平面模型及简化模式得到的支撑构件内力的对比分析,找出了现行设计计算中存在的问题,并给出了相应的合理化建议。 The bracing system is very important to the overall stability of light-weight buildings with portal frames. Generally, plane model with simplified calculating method is adopted in the design of braces. The results calculated by simplified method are different from space model. According to the actual characteristics of bracing system and the project instances, it is discussed that the process of space modeling with the finite element analysis program, ANSYS. The comparative analysis is performed between the results of plane model, simplified method and space model. Some problems in the design of braces are brought forward, Reasonable suggestions on the bracing system are also given.
