摘要
文章首先讨论了价格调整的必要性,继而对文件证据法的利弊做出了评价,基于国内外研究成果对公式法及其应用问题进行了重点探讨。建议设立非调整因子、采用价格调整的上限和下限、在项目的不同阶段分别运用子公式,对统计价格指数在应用中的一些普遍性问题提出了合适的解决方法。
In this paper, the necessity of adjusting contract price of civil engineering project was discussed; the advantages and disadvantages of the document-proof measure were analyzed and evaluated; then based on the existing achievements of both domestic and foreign researchers, the theory of the formula measure of price adjustment and its application were studied intensively. It was suggested that a non-adjusting factor should be introduced, the upper limit and the lower one should be adopted for price adjustment, and the sub-formulae should be used respectively for different period of the project. Some solutions to the problems existed generally in applying the statistic price index were also advanced.
