摘要 基于PMU的电力系统运行监控系统可以是全新的广域测量系统(WAMS),也可以通过改进升级SCADA系统使其具备处理PMU信息的能力而构建,相对于传统SCADA系统,它们可以获得更多的电网运行信息。此文分析了PMU系统的技术特点,在此基础上介绍了国内外围绕PMU在电力系统运行监控技术方面所作的研究和取得的进展,并对这些研究结果作了理论上的分析评述。 The PMU-based power system's operation monitoring system can be either a fully new wide area metering system(WAMS), or an improved and upgraded SCADA system with PMU information processing capability, which will be able to acquire more information on operation of power grid as compared with the conventional SCADA system. This paper has made an analysis of the technical characteristics of the PMU system, and gives a presentation of the research made at home and abroad on application of PMU in power system operation monitoring technique and its achievements. The paper has analyzed and evaluated the research results theoretically.
