摘要
介绍了一种新颖的三维脑血管中心路径提取方法。它输入分割后的二值体数据,进行三维距离变换。然后根据中心路径体素的局部特征进行初始中心路径点的选取。对其进行筛选。通过判断中心路径点中任意两点之间的关系决定是否将其相连,最终得到三维血管的中心路径。实验结果证明了这种算法的有效性。
A novel 3D centerline extraction of brain blood vessel is described.This method is based an the 3D hinary image data. After DT, according to the local character of the centerline voxels, the initial centedine points is extracted. Then the final centerline points are obtained by selection. Finally the path is generated by measuring the relationship between arbitrary two of the centerline points. The experimental results prove the efficiency of the proposed method.
