摘要
目的了解麻疹疫苗在不同温度条件下滴度降低的特征和维持有效滴度的时间期限,以及广西麻疹疫苗的冷链状况。方法将麻疹疫苗置于不同环境温度下,间隔不同时间收集样品测定疫苗滴度变化。抽样检测全区各级卫生防疫机构正在使用的麻疹疫苗滴度并分析。结果冻干麻疹疫苗在4℃时有效滴度至少可维持3个月;但在15~33℃范围内随时间延长活力逐渐降低,有效滴度可维持7天;而液态麻疹疫苗的有效滴度维持时间不超过4小时。全区各级卫生防疫机构麻疹疫苗滴度均在正常控制范围内,但也发现个别机构麻疹疫苗滴度较低。结论环境温度大于15℃对麻疹疫苗滴度有很大影响,保证麻疹疫苗冷链效果是对全区各级卫生防疫机构的挑战。
Objective To understand the characteristic of titer reduction for measles vaccine in different temperatures and the time limit ation of vaccines validity to maintain, as well as its cold - chain running effect in Guangxi. Methods Measles vaccines placed in different temperatures were collected in different intervals for titer detection. Further, we collected vaccine samples in all levels of epidemic prevention framework in Guangxi and detected their titers. Results The effective titer of freeze - dried vaccine could be maintained for at least 3 months in 4℃, but in 15 ~ 33℃, the titer reduced sharply with time postponement and effective titer could be only maintained for 7 days. For liquid vaccine, it could be maintained for less than 4 hours. In the whole levels of epidemic prevention framework in Guangxi, all measles vaccines could be maintained in an effective level, but a few samples showed lower titers comparatively. Conduslon Temperature, especially above 15℃, exerts great influence on measles vaccine. So, it is a big challenge to the whole levels of epidemic prevention framework in Guangxi to maintain a good cold - chain condition for measles vaccine.
