摘要
牙周缓释制剂置于牙周袋后,复合在辅料中的有效药物成分缓慢持续地释放,达到杀灭致病菌、抑制基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)活性、促进牙周重建的作用,硝基咪唑类和四环素类药物常作为缓释药物,PLGA、壳聚糖、PVP、HEC等高分子材料用作缓释基质。本文就牙周缓释制剂的种类、主要成分及其作用机制进行简单综述。
The effective drug mixed in the sustained - released system release slowly and constantly after applied into periodontal pocket. It can kill anaerobic bacteria,inhibite the activity of matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) and promote the regeneration of alveolar bone. Nitrodazoles and tetrecyclines were always used as effective drugs. Biodegradable high - molecular meterials such as PLA, PLEA, CMC, PVP were used as sustained material. Growth factors play an important role in the periodontal rebuilding.
