摘要
探讨了电泳涂装的温度、电压、时间、极板间距和树脂的中和程度对阴极聚氨酯电泳漆涂装工艺的影响,优化了阳离子聚氨酯电泳漆的涂装工艺参数。实验结果表明,当电压为40V、温度为30℃、电泳时间为60s、中和程度为100%以及极板间距为150mm时,漆膜的性能较为理想。
The effect of electrophoresis parameters such as temperature, voltage, time, distance of polar plate and pH Value, on the electrophoresis process for cationic water-based polyurethane was investigated. The optimum parameters of electrophoresis were obtained. Under the conditions of voltage 40 V, temperature of 30℃ , time 60 s, neutralization degree 100% ,distance between pole plates of 150 mm, the performance of coating was desired.
