浅谈形体健美教学培养学生审美心理

摘要 形体健美是以健美形体,培养学生学习兴趣和主动性为目标,融强身健体、塑造形体、健康心理、陶冶情操的功效属一体的,具有全新内涵的体育教学形式。同时,它又是关于人体关、健康美、心理美、思维美的综合性科学。其课程内容是运用徒手和器械(健美操,器械操,舞蹈形体真练习,健美运动等)进行综合性练习,内容丰富形式多样,符合学生在学习申“求新厌旧”求实厌空”“求精厌雄”的心理。本文通过对我院开设形体健美课的部分学生进行的调查,了解了学生的审美观和审美情趣,展示其美育心理教育的效应。 Physique building is a brand-new connotative form of physical education based on building body and developing the students learning interet and initiative through the strengthening of body, physique, healthy psychology and temperament moulding. It is also a comprehensive discipline concerning the beauty of human body, health, psychology and thinking.. The course focuses on the comprehensive, training by using free-standing and sports apparatus calisthenics, gymnastics on apparatus, body dancing, with richness in content and variety in form, which accords with the students' psychology of “seeking newness and disliking the old, seeking essence and disliking the medley and seeking truth and disliking emptiness” in their learning. The article keeps abreast of the students' aesthetic standards and delight, and shows the survey for partial students attending the lectures on body building in the institute.
