摘要
利用阻尼谐振子量子化方法,将介观阻尼RLC并联电路量子化,在此基础上研究了有限温度下,各支路电流和电压的量子涨落.结果表明,各支路电流电压的量子涨落不仅与电路器件的参数有关,还与温度有关,而且随时间按指数规律衰减.
Mesoscopic parallel damped LC circuit is quantized by the method of damped harmonic oscillator quantization. On this basic theory, we studied quantum fluctuation of the voltage and current of each branch in thermal vacuum state. The result shows that the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and current of each branch relate with parameter of the circuit element, temperature, and decay according to exponent along with time.
