摘要
针对改扩建矿井不同生产时期的矿井需风量和通风阻力变化大的特点,以矿井主要通风机性能与矿井风阻合理匹配为理论基础,在保证矿井供风量和矿井安全生产的前提条件下,以矿井主要通风机能耗为最低为目标,研究确定并实施了不同生产时期矿井主要通风机安全经济运行方法和措施,实现了矿井主要通风机安全经济运行,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Base on the mine required ventilation air quantity and the high changed ventilation resistance feature during the different produetion periods of the mine reconstruction,according to the rational match between the performances of the mine main ventilator and the ventilation resistance of the mine as the theoretical base, under the preconditions to ensure the mine ventilation quantity and the mine safety production and to reach the power consumption of the mine main ventilator to the lowest as the target, the paper determined and practiced the safety and economic operation method and measures for the mine main ventilator during the different production periods, which reached the safety and economic running of the mine main ventilator and obtained obvious economic and social benefits.
