摘要
本文对铝电解槽内熔融金属在电磁力作用下的流场进行了研究,分别采用常湍流粘性系数模型和k-ε模型联立求解N-S方程,用SIMPLE方法,数值求解得到铝电槽内的金属流速、湍动能、湍动能耗散及湍流粘性系数的分布。计算结果与现场测定结果相吻合。
This thesis deals with the circulation of molten metal caused by the electro- magnetic force in aluminum reduction cell. The distribution of the velocity of the molten metal, turbulent energy, disspation of turbulent energy and turbulent viscosity are obtained respectiyely through solving N-S equation of constant turbulent viscosity and k-ε model by using the SIMPLE method and they are presectcd in this paper. The results provided by present thesis are compared with those measured by Zhengzhou Institute of Light Metals. It is shown that they coincide with each other.
