摘要
全面构建高校青年志愿服务体系是新时期高校团工作的一项重要课题,具有重要的现实意义,应从组织机构、项目开发、制度保障三个主要方面着手,健全完善高校青年志愿服务体系。
It＇s an important task for Youth League Committee at higher learning institutions to build up a youth voluntary service system, It also has very important practical significance. In order to fulfill this task, we should commence from the three major aspects; organizational framework, program development and system guarantee.
