摘要
生产型高梯度磁选机激磁功率大且为大电感性负载,其供电系统输出电流很难稳定。本文对可控硅整流供电系统进行了深入的研究和理论分析,找到了系统稳定的充分与必要条件及有关参数对系统稳定性的影响,并在我国首台瓷土分选的生产型高梯度磁选机上进行了使用,得到了满意的效果,解决了生产实践中一大难题。
High Gradient Magnetic Separator for production needs high exciting power and its inductive load is great. The stabilization of output current from power supply system is difficult. In this article the supply system of sillicon-controlled steady current is analysed theoretically and studied in detail. The sufficient and necessary conditions which are required for the steady system and the relevant parameters which influence the stability of system have been obtained and used in the first highgradient magnetic separator for Kaolin in our country. Satisfactory results have been obtained.
