摘要
①目的探讨定期举办哮喘学习班在哮喘病儿治疗中的作用.②方法240例哮喘病儿按初诊时是否参加哮喘学习班分为哮喘学习班组(观察组)、未参加学习班组(对照组),比较两组初诊4周时吸药方法的正确性,8周时药物治疗依从性及24周时疗效.③结果观察组吸药方法的正确率、药物治疗依从性及总有效性明显高于对照组(x2=17.77~25.88,P<.01).④结论定期为哮喘病儿及其家长举办哮喘知识讲座在儿童哮喘治疗中具有一定的作用,值得大力推广.
Objective To evaluate the role of regular asthma lectures in the treatment of the disease in children. Methods Two hundred and forty children with asthma were divided into two groups: for those who had attended the lectures at the first visit were enrolled into treated group; those who had not were in control group. The methods of inhaling MDI at four weeks, compliance with doctors at eight weeks, and efficiency at 24 weeks were compared between the two groups. Results The rates of correct methods of inhaling MDI, the compliance of drug treatment, and the total effectiveness in the treated group were obviously higher than those in the control group (χ^2=17.77-25.88,P〈0.01). Conclusion Lectures of the knowledge on asthma for parents and children with asthma is effective in the treatment of the disease and worthy of promotion.
