青年女性下颌不同位置咬肌超声形态测量指标的聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解并判断咀嚼肌B超测量指标是否属同一类型,为此类研究中选用检测指标提供参考。方法使用B超测量31例青年女性浅层咬肌的厚度、周长、面积、横径、长度等6项指标,并对各测量指标进行聚类分析。结果B超测量的6项指标经统计处理可分成3类,且部分指标之间存在相关关系。结论测量咀嚼肌的B超形态时应在技术条件许可的情况下选取多项有代表性的指标。 Objective To evaluate the measuring index by applying ultrasound technique to describe the masseter muscle. Methods The subjects were 31 young female volunteers(mean age 21.3 years) with normal occlusion. The perimeter, area, width, average thickness, maximal thickness of cross-sectional and the length of vertical-sectional of masseter muscle image using ultrasound technique were meastrred. The clustering analysis of these indexes was done. Results It was found that these six indexes were clustered into three catalogs. There were correlations among them. Conclusion This study will make sense when we do further studies on masticatory muscle using ultrasound technique.
