摘要
研究了离散型面模成形技术在大型汽车覆盖件模具型面的设计制造中的应用。首先采用经过预处理的模具型面的离散数据,用双三次B样条曲面对模具型面进行重构。然后根据重构的型面计算离散型面模成形装置上的冲压顶杆高度,给出了一种精确且简便的方法。最后将其应用到某汽车覆盖件模具的实际设计制造中,验证用其调节顶杆高度后冲压出来的模具型面的实际成形效果。
This paper studies the applications of the modularization of the mould's surface structure for vehicle cover panels. The discrete point data of automobile panel are first fitted by bicubic B-spline surface, then according to the surface, a simple and precise method is presented for calculating the position of pressing-poles of discrete metal forming machine. Finally this method is verified by an example of mould's manufacture for some vehicle cover panel.
