摘要
通过对兰州市榆中新城区的开发,讨论河谷型城市发展中的生态建设问题。从城市空间扩展、城市竞争力和生态城市建设3方面,论证榆中新城区建设与解决兰州城市环境问题的关系。从生态建设规划提出榆中新城区生态建设的设想,指出新城区应当建设具有地方特色的生态园林城市,并提出建设榆中生态园林城市的具体建议。
Under the rapid urban integration and development, some serious ecological environmental problems occur and restrict the sustainable development of the valley cities in west China due to their limitation in geographical locations, and it has become as a serious contradiction that how to deal with the relations between the urban development and ecological balance in such cities. By taking the Yuzhong new urban area as a case study, in this paper some ecological environment problems in the valley cities in west China are analyzed, the relations between the construction of the Yuzhong new urban area and the regeneration of ecological environmental in Lanzhou City are discussed from three aspects including the urban spatial expansion, urban competition power and construction of the ecological city, and a contemplation is put forward for the ecological regeneration in the Yuzhong new urban area from the aspects of the ecological environmental planning and the greenbelt system planning. It is suggested to construct the Yuzhong new urban area into an ecological garden urban area with the local features in northwest China, for which some measures are put forward, they are as： （1） A rational and integrated urban planning should be worked out by combining the ecological environmental features in the Yuzhong new urban area; （2） The analysis and demonstration of the environmental capacity and restrictive factors of the new urban area should be enhanced, and the population should be based on the environmental capacity, land capacity and water resources capacity of the new urban area; （3） The detailed planning and policy of industrial development should be worked out, and the developing emphases and objects of industries should be definite; （4） The planning and demonstration of the infrastructure in both new and old urban areas of Lanzhou should be enhanced; （5） In the planning of the new urban area, the farmlands should be protected, the proper arrangements of the farmers should be paid great attention t
