摘要
通过对Yb:YAG晶体中Yb3+粒子的吸收谱的分析和讨论,认识到Yb:YAG晶体作为LD泵浦固体激光器的激活介质,有着其它晶体所没有的优点:能级结构简单。在此基础之上,设计了一套LD端面泵浦Yb:YAG激光器。在泵浦光强为25 W时,获得了6.09 W的1030 nm稳定的连续激光输出,光光转换效率为24.3%,斜效率为31.6%。
The spectra characteristics of the Yb:YAG crystal which is an ideal gain medium of LD pumped all-solid laser were discussed. An LD end-pumped Yb: YAG laser system was described. At the pumping energy of 25 W, we obtained the output power of 6.09 W at 1030 nm, with the optical-optical and slope efficiency of 24.3% and 31.6%.
