摘要
隔而固(青岛)公司对安徽合肥二电厂汽轮发电机组、安徽合肥二电厂、山东日照电厂与广东台山电厂的汽动给水泵组的弹性基础台板的振动进行了实测。由这些为数不多的实测数据作出结论,肯定是不够的。但是它给我们的启示是:这些实测数据说明了振动判据应该用均方根振动速度;2套国家标准体系中第2套标准扰力更合理;从离心力到扰力的合理总传递系数应小于1。
GERB (Qingdao) company has earried out the measurements on vibration of the spring supported foundation decks for the turbine generator unit in Anhui Hefei No. 2 Power Plant, turbine -driving feed pump sets in Anhui Hefei No. 2 Power Plant, Shandong Rizhao and Guangdong Taishan Power Plants. The conclusion to be given based on these measured data will not be enough, while they can give use an inspiration: these data indieate that the vibration criterion should use the root mean square speed; the disturbing force in the second standard of 2 state standard systems is more rational; total rational transfer coefficient from the centrifugal force to disturbing force should be smaller than 1.
